We work with the pharmaceutical industry to offer clinical trials that evaluate new and exciting medical treatments.

A study to evaluate the effect of triple medication inhalers in protecting patients from heart attacks and strokes in the long term

A trial of the effect of a new generation GLP1-agonist called retatrutide. This medication is the next generation version of Ozempic and Mounjaro. It is aimed only at people with exisiting or previous heart and kidney conditions who are living with obesity.

ECLIPSE (Migraine)- substudy

A trial to assess the benefits of Atogepant in patients with recurrent Migraines, who are unable to take, or have an intolerance to multiple triptans.

KARDIA-3 (high blood pressure)

An exciting blood pressure medication called Zilebesiran which needs one injection every six months as an add-on therapy for people with uncontrolled/treatment resistant high blood pressure 

LAUNCH-HTN (high blood pressure)

 A trial of lorundrostat, an exciting blood pressure medication, to treat uncontrolled/treatment resistant high blood pressure  

ECLIPSE (migraine)

 A study to evaluate atogepant, a new generation medication, for the treatment of migraine 

CORE (high blood fats)

A new injectable medication for lowering triglycerides (fats) in the blood

VICTORION-1 PREVENT (high cholesterol)

 A long term trial to find out whether inclisiran, a recently licensed injectable cholesterol medication, can prevent heart attacks and strokes in people with high cholesterol. 

LIB003-007 LIBerate-OLE (high cholesterol)

A study to evaluate the long-term safety and efficacy of LIB003, a new generation cholesterol lowering medication, in protecting patients from heart attacks and strokes

HeROPA (psoriasis)

 A trial looking at a fish oil from herring roe as a treatment for mild to moderate psoriasis

MIRO (Chronic Kidney Disease)

 A dose finding trial to determine if Balcinrenone/Dapagliflozin is superior to Dapagliflozin in reducing albuminuria and to evaluate safety and tolerability.

RESPONSE

 An exciting new trial to evaluate the effect of cannabis extract in patients with chronic  low back pain

A diabetes study examining the the benefit of LY3457263 (injection) in patients with Type 2 Diabetes currently on stable Semaglutide or Tirzepatide who failed to achieve their target HbA1c goal

CAPITAN (hyperlipidaemia)

A trial to evaluate whether treatment with Plozasiran compared to placebo can reduce the rigk to heart attacks or strokes in high risk patients.

RENEW (weight loss)

A very exciting study assessing the efficacy and safety of Cagrilintide for weight management in overweight/obese patients with or without Diabetes.

TYDAL (Cholesterol/Triglycerides)

A trial assessing the effect of a new medication on elevated Triglycerides and Remnant Cholesterol
